  • Develops company medium-term strategic plans, annual operating budget and maintain their periodic follow up and updates.
  • Ensures timely and accurate financial and management reporting data for federal funders, foundations, investors and the company's board of directors.
  • Oversees the preparation and communication of weekly, monthly and annual financial statements.
  • Designs and implements re-architecture of financial & commercial monitoring and controlling systems at national market level.
